RISE Leadership Institute is a new, exciting program for 7th-12th graders focusing on developing world-changing leaders and launching them into our community.

 

  • 7th - 12th graders with a high capacity for leading others. You want to go above & beyond what is offered in RISE classes. You want to be connected to community leaders and experts. You want to equip yourself with a foundation of confidence, capability, and valuable experience to become a world-changer.

  • Engaging speakers, events, and field trips. A fresh community of friends through shared experience. Practical training and opportunities to stretch your leadership abilities. Dedicated mentorship to help you achieve your personal goals and grow your faith. Highly valuable credits for future college and job applications.

  • High enthusiasm, dedicated desire to grow and challenge yourself, a commitment to a weekly gathering and large events throughout the school year.

  • Business Management

    • Learn & practice what it takes to be an effective leader through entrepreneurial knowledge and hands-on empathy

    • Will have ownership & responsibility over the school store and entrepreneurship markets/events

    • Will leave the program with well-earned knowledge on the in’s and out’s of business ownership and community management

  • Organizational Leadership

    • Learn & practice what it takes to become an effective leader in every area of life - no matter what your end career goals may be

    • Will have ownership & responsibility over helping every branch of RISE thrive most efficiently

    • Will leave the program with practical skills to move teams into action, organize events and procedures, and achieve goals with excellence

  • Marketing & Design

    • Learn & practice what it takes to become an effective, problem-solving designer and marketing expert

    • Will have ownership & responsibility over RISE email newsletter, social media, and innovative design projects

    • Will leave the program with insightful knowledge on different marketing and design career paths & how to stand out among competitors in the field
