Videography
Participants in Videography apply their communication skills to serve others through multiple projects, as well as entering their work in film festivals that enable them to reach and interact with other visual storytellers.
High school students who wish to pursue visual communication in a context of entrepreneurial leadership will build on essential skills in videography, extending beyond technical sufficiency to include the following:

Developing productive workflow techniques for lighting, audio, and video
Crafting story arcs that engage viewers through use of dramatic elements
Designing narratives that communicate in genres and topics of student interest

Sequencing, color grading, and editing footage for visual cohesiveness
Effective use of social media strategy to cultivate a critical mass of interest around a message
